Being a Certified Franklin Covey Coach has helped to fine tune Lisa’s creative leadership style.  It is her belief that the best way to help herself is to help others.  

In 2005, Lisa won the Luminary Award from the MN National Association of Women Business Owners for lighting the way for other women through her volunteer work.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in the Social Sciences and is a Certified Hypnotherapist with her focus on the power from within. Her friends would describe her as well connected, highly resourceful and optimistic.

Lisa initiated her own makeover in 1999 when she hired her first coach.  Since that time she has lost 30 pounds, left her financial planning career of 10 years and continues to connect with the world in her spare time as a flight attendant. In November of 2005, she joined efforts with her husband Jimmy at The Q Restaurant to initiate her kindness campaign in St. Paul.  In 2006, the restaurant was renamed The Q Kindness Cafe to reflect what it has become (see below).

Time spent with family and friends (old and new), is what fuels her fire.

In 2003 Lisa became a Certified Professional Life Coach and Event Facilitator. Besides her personal clients, Coach Lisa has co-hosted "Make Mama Happy" mini-retreats as featured the January 2006 Issue of Working Mother Magazine, group tele-coaching and private coaching events for women to become healthy, wealthy and wise.  Come with PASSION and leave with PURPOSE.  Enjoy guided introductions, visualizations, coaching tools, time to journal and/or collage art to support your journey to a better life. Of course, humor and love come with all the events. 

Coach Lisa says,  "My intention is to get you a better life quicker and with greater ease.  It's my job to cultivate your full potential and believe you're exactly where you need to be to get where you're going. All programs are purposely affordable to all so you can pass the good will on and start a chain reaction of giving."  Ladies, prepare for a change of tune!
